Why learn with me?

I am a professionally trained chef with over 20 years' experience in the food industry and for the last 5 years I have been making celebration cakes from my kitchen in Eastnor, Herefordshire. Whilst I love baking and being creative, I also enjoy working and creating with people. My exceptional skills, experience and patient persona allow me to share my skills in a relaxed environment.

1:1 Masterclass

I offer a bespoke 1:1 Masterclasses at that can be tailored to suit you, making these days perfect for complete novices, keen home bakers wanting to take their cakes to the next level, or budding professionals looking to develop their skills.

Cost: £500 for one day or £900 for two days.

Venue: flexible

Group Classes
